What are the quickest ways to find my products?

There are a few methods to find a product.

1. Search by entering the product SKU by clicking the magnifying glass in the top right of the site.
2. Choose the category that your product belongs under from the available tabs at the top in the navigation bar.
3. Contact us if you find an issue with a product, such as no present picture or no listing.

How can I determine how deep I need to bury my hydrant?

You can visit our Bury Depth Map here. In North America, you will have a bury depth between 1 and 8 feet.

I need help fixing a part of my hydrant, where can I learn how?

Merrill provides videos on our YouTube channel for various common issues that some or all hydrants can have. In the rare instance that your hydrant breaks due to a defect or part malfunction, you can reach out to us at sales@merrillmfg.com and we will do our best to walk to you through replacing that part or fixing your issue.
