Return and Refund Requests

To return an item, you will be required to present information about the delivery, such as the reason for return, the date of purchase, and an image of the product to be returned or refunded.

Damaged Shipment

If a product was damaged during UPS or FedEx delivery, do not throw away the damaged container, box, etc. Credit will be denied for damage or shortage by the shipping carrier if the box is not retained. For Truck or Pallet shipments, any damage or shortage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. If the damage or shortage is not discovered until after the carrier has departed, you must contact the shipping carrier and report the damage/shortage. Please have the name of the person you spoke with when notifying us.

Product Defects

In the unlikely chance that a product arrives defective, photos, videos, or other information may be required to present specific details of the defect itself.

Additional Charges

Return-to-stock issues will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs may apply in the event of items being returned due to an error in ordering, job cancellation, overstock, or similar conditions. Additional fees for residental, remote areas, or special circumstace deliveries from the shipping company will be the responbility of the receiver of the shipment. A separate invoice will be issued upon receipt of notification of such charges. The reciever of the shipment is to pay all additional fees.
